Turn in your ballot by May 19th!

Cascade Schools have a construction bond on the ballot. If passed, tax rates are expected to remain the same, and raise $30 million for repairs and improvements on all our campuses. If it passes, a state grant will give an additional $10 million.

You can turn in your ballot in drop boxes by the Aumsville and Turner City Halls.

Corey the Dribbler is a Former Harlem Globetrotter and 8 Time Guinness World Record Holder travelling the country inspiring students to reach their goals while teaching them to treat each other with RESPECT! He will have 15 minutes to spend close time with our 4/5th graders afterwards!

School will start two hours later than usual so our staff can spend the morning sharpening their skills. We are committed to continuous growth, and this time allows our team to dive into new strategies to better support and meet the unique needs of every student.

This field trip brings 2nd-grade lessons to life as students swap textbooks for the immersive tunnels and touch tanks of the Oregon Coast Aquarium. By observing sharks, sea otters, and tide pool creatures firsthand, students gain a tactile understanding of marine ecosystems and adaptations, turning classroom concepts into a memorable experience of scientific discovery.

Our third-grade students are diving into an enriching educational experience at the Stayton Pool, where they will participate in a comprehensive swim lesson program designed to build both confidence and essential life skills. We are incredibly grateful for our continued partnership with the Stayton Pool.

We are excited to host our upcoming assembly to celebrate students nominated for being Country Kind, Country Strong, or for exhibiting our Monthly Character Trait! Parents of recipients will be notified in advance if their child is being honored. In addition to their award, recipients will enjoy Lucky Lunch in the office with Mrs. Bradley and Mrs. Augsburger on June 5th.

In honor of Memorial Day, there will be no school on Monday, May 25.
